On arrival day your apartment or room is ready for you from 03:00 pm.
On departure day, you may stay in your apartment or room until 10:00 am.

Down payment / means of payment

The binding reservation of your booking follows as soon as we have received your down payment of 20% from the price for the apartment or double room.
